This milestone marks a transition from focusing on building construction to a new focus of our processes and systems. We are slowing accepting new pets needing shelter into our facility and we are learning/implementing new operating procedures as we move forward.
If you are interested in volunteering and at least 18 years of age, please submit a volunteer application at RaccoonRiverPetRescue.com by selecting the Volunteer page. We could use help in the mornings and afternoons to care for the pets at the shelter. Our shelter manager, Natalia, will contact you to schedule volunteer training.
We are always in need of pet supplies and donations. Our Amazon Wish List is posted on our website home page and will be updated frequently so check back often!
